Od kilkunastu lat uprawiam NW. Zapraszam na zajęcia indywidualne i grupowe na terenie Mazowsza (szczególnie; Puszcza Kampinowska, Las Kabacki, Lasy Chojnowskie). W przypadku grup ok. 10 osóbowych zajęcia  również w innych częściach Polski.

I have been practicing NW for more than fifeteen years. I invite you to individual and group classes in Mazovia (especially; the Kampinos Forest, the Kabacki Forest, the Chojnów Forests). Groups of about ten people also in other parts of Poland.
